First off, let me just apologize for being late. I know (or hope) you all understand my recent situation of floating between homes without internet or desks or a headspace to sit down and get things done. I can feel it in my bones, that I have been shaking around nonstop for the last month or more.

But as I sit and type this in my new home, from my new desk, from my new perspective, I can feel the dust of change settling in. My nervous system is slowing down and opening up to letting go of tension, confusion and doubt. It is tangible in both body and mind.

Change that sweeps us away can come at any time, and it can last hours or months or even years. But between these shifts, there is always a moment of settling and peace. I can only hope that we hold onto those precious and passing moments of feeling at home, of feeling at rest, until the next change whisks us away. We can imprint these memories of settling onto our hearts and make it through whatever comes our way.

Community Update

You’ve all been such champs. I took weeks upon weeks off and I come back and there you are smiling and welcoming me. Makes a gal wanna cry a bit.

I generally use this space to just express my gratitude for all that you do. You might think stopping by a little stream and saying hello is such a small thing, that posting “good morning” in a random discord is just a crumb on this earth…but for me it is a feast! A bounty!!

Thank you for being a part of this community, no matter how often or how much you are able to engage. It really means a lot to have a community, to have a group of people I can connect to and who support me, whether that is socially, emotionally or financially (which all of you do all 3!!).

I hope that I can give back even a fraction of the energy that you have graciously transferred over to me. I promise to use it responsibly and lovingly. 🕯
