I can imagine many of you have been isolated and cold these past few months. Whether it was because of the weather, or the emotional landscape of our times—I feel your aches and urges to bloom.

Spring gives us the opportunity to open up and embrace the beauty around us—it reminds us that cycles of change and growth are a necessary and valuable part of life; even when they are painful they often lead us to something unexpected or inspiring.

What kind of world would it be without the rush of the first glimpse of a budding flower after months of barren drear, or the comfort of the returning companionship of birds as we awaken to a new day?

Community Update

I know most of you have noticed the changes in the discord, but it's something I have been working very hard on. Although I'm still new to this whole online content streaming whatever it's called, the main thing driving me is a desire to create a community space where we can all encourage one another to love and feel loved.

It's easy to say “this is enough” but I have the particular habit of never being satisfied. Each time I finish one project, I jump onto the next or look for ways to expand the original goal. There are surely certain contexts in which this is a harmful behavior, but for now I am enjoying my journey through a new experience of work, friendship and innovation.

I try to say thank you, I try to express gratitude and humbleness, but let me just say none of this would exist without you.

You are the bread and butter of this community breakfast and I am inspired and guided by each of you every time we interact.

Some of you have stepped up and become leaders of your own sphere of this community, and I feel a warmth seeing us all grow and fill our roles. There may be a time when you will move on and fill another role in another space, I can accept and acknowledge this. For now, I have been blessed with your presence right here, right now.
